What Makes You Strong?

Kinesiology has been around since 1964. It was created by a chiropractor and was used by chiropractors for diagnostic purposes.

Since then, it has become a mainstream technique used by many body workers and energy workers among others.

Since this time Kinesiologists have been muscle testing their clients’ bodies to see what makes them strong and what makes them weak. They check for blockages in our meridian (energy systems) lines are what cause us physical and emotional pain.

If all our meridians are balanced and flowing freely then we ourselves should be balanced and free of emotional and physical pain.

So they use muscle testing or bio-feedback monitoring to ask the body where the blockages are and what the best thing is to remedy it.

It is a fast and easy method that uses simple and highly effective tools to help us feel better and stay feeling better on all levels.

They use this method to test for allergies to both foods and to the environment. It is amazingly accurate. If this method works for allergies, why would it be different to other areas in our life?

If we can use our bodies as a barometer to our health, I wonder how many areas of our life can be affected. If we were to truly listen to our bodies, what would they say? Look at your bodies’ reactions to people you meet.

Notice how you feel around certain people some will make you feel great and some make you feel drained, these latter ones are energy vampires.

If you choose to be around the people with great energy you will start to feel better and start to get the same vibrations as the people you are with.

Like attracts like. If you choose to keep the energy vampires around you will start to feel depleted.

Then notice how your body reacts to the job you do. Are you feeling good about your role? Are you playing to your strengths? Do you feel that you are playing to your strengths most of the day? Are you in the correct role for you?

What are the things you do that make you feel great? What are the things that make you feel good? What are the things that don’t feel right and drain your energy?

84% of people don’t like the job they are doing. When you are at work take notice to the jobs you are doing, write down which roles make you feel good.

They are the things you need to be doing more of. Notice the things that make you feel bad. They are the things you need to be doing less of.

If there are more things that make you feel bad then you are probably not suited to the job you are doing.

Write a list of things you love doing. What makes you feel good? Spend a week doing this and look back and see what your body is telling you.

What are you doing that makes you feel happy? Can you change your role to suit your new messages? Do you need to find a new job that fits with your new criteria? Is your job sucking the life out of you?

Then look at your relationships, both in your family and in your friends and partner. Are your relationships making you feel good?

If you listen to your body it will give you all the answers you need. If the answers are telling you need to make a change in your life, make those changes.

If you stopped listening to your body it will start giving you more aggressive signs. Headaches, nausea, pain, discomfort, skin conditions, bad back etc.

When you ignore these conditions the body then realises it is being ignored and thinks it then has to give you bigger messages to make you listen.

That’s when people start getting cancer, heart attack, diseases, the big things that when you have them, make you make changes because your body will then not be able to do what it used to do.

Start listening to your body today because when you listen to your body that is the day you start getting well again. Concentrate on strengths not weaknesses. Make yourself happy.

Do more of the things you love doing. Do less of the things you don’t like.

The chances are if you are doing something you love, you are good at it, or the more you love it, the more you do it, the better you get. Choose a more positive life for you today. Start by listening to your body.
