Ingredients
2 cups macadamia or other natural nut milk
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp raw honey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp ground turmeric or 1 small fresh
1 tsp ground cinnamon or 1 stick
1cm cube ginger root
Pinch freshly grated nutmeg
- Place ingredients into your blender and whizz on high for 2–5 minutes until hot.
Variations:
Add vanilla extract to taste
Add a pinch of white pepper to taste
Add 1–2 green cardamom pods
