Time Line Therapy is a therapeutic process that uses the way our unconscious mind stores memories. We all have a “time line”, a way we store time, though you may not think of how your unconscious stores and retrieves memories, or even know that it does!

It is how you unconsciously know the difference between a memory of the past and a memory of the future. And, now knowing this, you can produce long lasting change at the unconscious mind using Time Line Therapy as a technique to create the change you want.

You see, try and change all you want with your conscious mind and your results are limited. It is why, change can take place but reverts in a very short space of time. Change ALWAYS occurs in the unconscious mind.

The Time Line Therapy process allows you to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years. It allows you to release negative emotions such as

→  Anger
→  Fear
→  Hurt
→  Guilt
→  Sadness

And limiting decisions that restrict your life such as;

→  “I’m not good enough”
→  “I don’t deserve…. x y z”
→  “I don’t deserve…. x y z”

And then, it empowers you to create your future success. This process involves using our imagination and that is truly inspirational.
