We Started Making The Throat Chakra Vibrational Mist On The 13.9.13
I invited Madelaine Vallin from Mirva to come along to help me make this blend. She has an amazing voice and she is on a mission to bring love and consciousness through pop music, so I feel she would be perfect for this blend.
The Throat Chakra Influences: Communication centre, expression, divine guidance.
Energies: Water, calming, soothes, relaxes
The Flower: Calendula
Orange: Symbolizing energy, enthusiasm and warmth, this vibrant colour conveys confidence, satisfaction and a passion for life.

What Did We Do?
We were going to be making the blend out in nature but the weather turned against us so we had to make the blend outside on my balcony.
This was perfect on reflection as we could hear people communicating downstairs and the acoustics were sending Mirva’s beautiful voice back towards the blend (rather than going out to sea).
We sang the chakra sounds to the blend as well as Mirva singing some harmonies. We talked a lot (communication). I used my crystal wand and gave the bowl Reiki. We did visualisations and meditations.
I didn’t want to use a blue flower that had been dyed, so I chose to use calendula that helps with communication.
It was perfect as it was the colour of the sacral chakra where you are standing in your own light. To have effective communication we need to stand in our own light and shine.
Madelaine had a vision of a blue boat with, blue sails, blue sea, blue water with a strong force behind it, sailing out to sea. To me this means when we stand in our own light we can sail through our life, be powerful, effective in all aspects.
When making the blends we take notice of all the energies that are drawn towards us. We look into the bowl while the blend is being made and at the photos, and look at the images that appear and see what their message brings to the blend.
