Rapid Transformation Therapy

Imagine life free from anxiety, addiction and bad habits such as binge eating, smoking or excessive drinking. Imagine feeling confident in any situation and having high self esteem. Rapid Transformation Therapy (RTT) is a new method of therapy that is taking the world by storm.

Its powerful, fast and effective. Created by Marisa Peer in London, RTT incorporates many of the positive aspects of hypnosis such as regression and hypnotic conditioning.

This produces a transformation for the client for permanent and lasting change. RTT has been used to treat a vast range of issues. It can help you break a bad habit, overcome fear, anxiety and depression.

It has enabled individuals to achieve great sporting results, increase motivation, reduce weight and improve your physical and emotional wellbeing.

Throughout our life we are subjected to numerous experiences. These experiences shape how we feel about ourselves, the quality of our life and how we view life in general.

The beliefs you form ultimately determine how you live your life. If you have limiting beliefs about whom and what you are, these beliefs will determine what you are and what you can achieve.

The mind loves what is familiar and this means that we continue to behave in the same way even if it’s detrimental to us, because it’s what we are used to. We store all our learning and experiences in the subconscious mind.

It is the storehouse of your memories and emotions. So, in order to change we must access these beliefs.

Logic and willpower alone will not achieve this.

In an RTT session we bypass the conscious mind and use hypnotherapy, allowing us to access beliefs and memories formed many years earlier.

In hypnosis the subconscious mind becomes receptive to suggestions thereby helping you change your perceptions and thoughts at a subconscious level.

It is designed to provide rapid relief and result in permanent change.

A Typical RTT Session Will Last 90 Minutes To 2 hours & Involves Several Stages.

Stage 1: Consultation where the therapist reviews the client’s intake form, gathers more information regarding the issue and the desired outcome the client is looking for.

Stage 2: Induction which includes a demonstration of hypnosis and suggestibility tests which show the client the power of the mind.

Stage 3: Regression where the client is guided back to a number of significant events that have contributed to their current situation.

Stage 4: The transformation where the old beliefs are removed, and new positive ones are installed.

Stage 5: The audio recording. The mind learns by repetition so that the new pattern of behaviour can be established to sustain the changes that were made in the session.

A personalised recording is made during the session which is 15 to 20 minutes long and it is essential that the client listens to this at least once a day for a minimum of 21 days.

Many issues can be cleared in 1 single session, but others such as anxiety and depression may take up to 3 sessions.

Some people may have concerns about hypnosis and being hypnotised. The most common questions people have are ‘can I get lost in hypnosis?’ or ‘will I lose control’.

The answer is no! You have complete control the whole time. You can talk, move your body, get a tissue and even get up.

How does hypnosis work? Hypnosis is not magic – it’s science! It works by creating a burst of brain waves that are the same as when you’re in REM.

That’s what allows you to access the subconscious mind. It’s very easy and anyone can do it, you’ll see for yourself when you do it too.

In summary imagine life free from anxiety, addiction and bad habits. Imagine feeling confident in any situation, achieving your desired weight or having wonderful skin. RTT helps to remove blockages that have held you back personally or professionally.

RTT is great for removing performance anxiety, managing stress and turning pressure into a motivator. RTT can help change your mind and therefore change your behaviour allowing you to move forward in any area of your life.

About Me

I am Katherine Ryan. I was drawn to Marisa Peer’s teachings at a time when I was struggling with lack of self-love, bad relationships and a lack of fulfillment. I knew there was a better world out there for me and, as a scientist, started researching everything from intuitive abilities to alternative therapies. I haven’t looked back. I am now much happier, with higher self-esteem and am in a really loving, empowering relationship.

I was so moved by Marisa’s teachings that I completed her Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) course, as one of my greatest passions is to help people get past the obstacles that are holding them back in life. I left my old life as a Senior Microbiology scientist to pursue a career as an RTT practitioner and help share the message that change is possible, you just have to take the first step.
