I agree. Massage is amazing. I know some people do not like massage but I am one of those people who love it. It may be the most relaxing therapy for my body. I love a deep tissue massage when I am really stressed. It is the only thing that releases the tension I hold.
globalhealingexchangeKeymasterI love to meditate as well. I am in the same boat but I started again this morning. I find life flows much better when meditation is back in my life.
