A message that says “It’s the massage lady here, leave a message.” is incredibly unlikely to persuade new or existing clients that you are running a professional and reliable business.
Instead your message should be something along the lines of…
“Hi, this is [your name] from [your company]. I’m currently unable to take your call, but it is important to me so please leave a detailed message, including your phone number, and I will call you back as soon as possible.”
It only takes a minute to record an appropriate voicemail message and the change in your client’s perception of your business will be massive.
For most natural therapists their mobile phone is their main point of contact with clients, so investing the time and money to properly set up your phone voicemail is vital.

plan you are on doesn’t come with voicemail then upgrade your plan to include it – you are running a business so a proper voicemail system is essential.
